Oldsmar, Citrus Park

The northwest corner of Hillsborough County is marked by lovely areas of large parcel properties, scattered lakes, horse farms, cattle ranches and planned communities. Still developing into a thriving suburban area there's a mix of different property types for all.

The link below contains information on the areas organized communities but a good deal of property in this part of the county is outside the Urban Service Boundary and therefore is on well and septic systems which also means larger land parcels and fewer commercial service areas. This area is more bucolic - but plan to drive a little further for services. (35 minutes into Tampa on Hillsborough Ave. or Waters Ave.)

Major shopping is Citrus Park Town Center which is a Westfield shopping mall featuring a Dillard's, Macy's, JC Penny's and a Sears.

Schools in the area are a part of the Hillsborough County School District which offers the School Choice program to area families.
