The bucolic rolling hills of North East Pasco County is home to some lovely rural communities. Large lots, wide open spaces and easy access to Interstate 75 are all features of this area. Soon there will be a new town center in this area - Cypress Creek Town Center is scheduled to be complete by 2009 and when complete will feature over 1 million square feet of major shopping and dining establishements.

The cities in this area include: Dade City, San Antonio, Land O Lakes, Wesley Chapel and Zephyrhills (known for it's spring water sold around the world).
