Spring Hill Statistics

Rich in history the Hudson and Spring Hill areas offer a variety of homes and communities. Most major national home builder's have a presence here and the path of development has arrived in this northwest area of Pasco and Hernando counties. It is still possible to find a new home of almost 2000 sq.ft. in this area for under $200K (as of 10/2006). The Suncoast Parkway (589 tollway) connects the Spring Hill area to the rest of Tampa making this a livable commute for many of the Tampa areas families and retirees.
