Kim is a licensed real estate agent for the state of Florida and is a member of NAA, FAR and the West Pasco Board of Realtors.

Kim is a graduate of the Univeristy of Wisconsin but has lived in the Tampa Bay area for 27 years. She successfully managed a Florida residential home building construction company for over 7 years and was responsible for in excess of $200 million in real estate transactions while in this capacity.

Kim enjoys an enviable list of relationships in bank owned properties and is involved in the representation and disposition of these assets at value prices.
