Natalie Feldman is a native Floridian and a has held a real estate license since 1989. A graduate from the University of Texas in Austin, Ms. Feldman has activly practiced real estate transactiton brokerage in the state of Florida since 2001 and was previously licensed in the state of Texas. She is also a Licensed Title Agent with appointments through Chicago Title and LandAmerica/Commonwealth.

An industry advisor in the areas of site selection and land acquistion Ms. Feldman is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, the Realtors Land Institute, and the Realtors Commercial Alliance. She participates on a regular basis in programs through the International Council of Shopping Centers, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, the NAHB Multi Housing Council, Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors and the Tampa Bay Builders Association.

She has been a contributing author to Multifamily Executive Magazine as well as National Real Estate Investor Magazine.

Currently a CCIM candidate and a candidate for the coveted Accredited Land Counselor's designation, Ms. Feldman holds designations as a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), a Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) and a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS).
